I have been a tenat here for several years. I have seen managers and maintenance crew come and go. Cheryl (office) and Marty (maintenance tech.) Have been so amazing to work with. They are so helpful and work very diligently to accommodate any requests i may have. They deserve recognition and credit for all their hard work to keep this property safe, and in great condition. Marty can be found salting our sidewalks every winter, clearing snow, debris from the grounds and keeping units in tip top shape. I have seen Cheryl working hard in the office and accomodating weekend appointments for those like me that work throughout regular business hours. The apartments are kept up to date and have very nice appliances. All in all i have had no issues here and would definitely recommend to any potential tenats looking for a safe, friendly environment.
