There's a $20 charge for General Admission, you can also buy "Do-It-All" tickets that cover the two 3D movies and all of the Planetarium shows, but it might honestly be a better deal to go a la carte unless you really want to see shows geared to young kids. Parking depends on where you go. There's a local lot that runs at $10, but they can validate for $5.
