We just went to visiting and we was very surprised 😮 is safe during day time before 8pm, the square garden it's no really safe,a lot of homeless and cops..they are closing at 6pm‐7pm mostly of the business.. this was our first time there just for 1 week and we are planning coming back on October we want to see the Niagara's and cross to Canada 🇨🇦 😀

The park is safe, even in the evenings. The rest of the city largely depends. If you go to the more well known areas it’s fine, just that there’s many people, be careful with your bag.

My daughter and I roamed about freely, we felt safe. Police still walk a beat there, we didn't have anything in our back pockets and kept our belongings in front of us and were continually aware of our surroundings. And we visited during the day time hours.
