People are allowed in the statue of liberty to realize a greatest relationship between France & America.
The sculptor, who made the Statue of Liberty, created it with the idea that people would enjoy the work he did on the inside of his statue as well as the beauty on the outside.
Because the statue, like America, is awesome.
Currently they're not.
