You can rent apartment or hotel

Find an apartment on Monthly rent basis thro Airbnb.com if need for a month or two but if need for longer time then contact someone native to New York.

Rent an apartment

Find a job first then find where you can afford to live and then you can make the move. Is not cheap to live in NY (Manhattan) if you can look for a place outside is cheaper

If you all are corporate employees look at corporate rentals
