We have some good cafe near statue of Liberty, food not allowed till crown but for ground tour.. you can take some snack and fruits (We took some food last week)@ ground visit only
I didnt see anyone with food, but there is proper airport security I am sure they would tell you otherwise
No, you cannot. There are two airport-like security stops, and they do not allow anything in but water in a clear plastic bottle.
