I bought a stackable washer and dryer last year but when home depot installed it I did not have them stacked. I wish to do so now but do not have the hardware. Do I have to purchase that or should that have come with the delivery?

If sold as a Stackable unit they would have been delivered in the packaging. Contact the manufacturer

I think that you're going to have to buy them. It's no longer the original package. Find your paperwork, see if the brackets were included. If so, they should have been left with you at the time of installation.
