Went to buy paint, found a tree for my father and the garden center an employee named Ed helped me get a section manager there to help I think his name was Glenn. They hung with me trying to price an item that a vendor had not price nor labeled after a bit we got it figured out and I cannot commend them more. I will be back to buy more from this home depot.

I purchased a refridgerator 3 years ago. I had problems with it and assumed I would have to buy another one, Tm Gardner in the major appliance department He knew the service problems my particular model and suggested we replace a part, saving us $30000.00. Tom fantastically knowledgeable... We needed a repairman that had trained with Samsung. He gave us a number to get the right kind of repairman and told me how to explain the problem we were having to them . This guy knows a lot and went way out of his way to help me

The staff was wonderful! They were very friendly. There was a new girl there the other day, but she did her best to help us and for the things she want familiar with, she quickly had a lady who had been there longer come assist us. They were amazing and helped me find everything I needed.

If I could do zero stars I would!!!!! We ordered a freezer 21/2 weeks ago. It was suppose to have been delivered last weekend Saturday, we rescheduled all of our activities so we could be home for pick up and it didn’t come, in the time it was supposed to arrive. I called the store and was told be the Store Manager Rick Hood they were sorry for not calling, he did let us take a payment off our bill, so I was ok about it. But, this morning it was delivered and very damaged so we couldn’t except it!! The delivery drivers didn’t even care. I am over HOME DEPOT CLEBURNE! Please if anyone is in the market for new appliances or freezers please go somewhere else. It’s not worth the headache.

If sold as a Stackable unit they would have been delivered in the packaging. Contact the manufacturer
They sell new blades, not sure if the sharpen..but a small engine or lawnmower repair shop does.
