Be cautious if you drive a semi truck, my company booked me into the hotel with a CLC/ crewfax reservation they will require a credit card for incidentals they will run it. Also I called in advance as I always do to ask about where to park my truck they said that they had plenty of room to fit a semi truck with a trailer and just pull in and drive around back this is not the case thank heavens there were no cars parked near the corners of the building my trailer came within inches of the building and or the Landscaping the lot is not and I repeat not truck friendly do not bring a semi truck into the lot. Even though the hotel says that it is truck friendly I could definitely see an inexperienced driver damaging their truck their trailer the building or cars in the lot this place could be very very expensive if you pull in here at the wrong time of day or without enough experience

It was a terrible experience first we were over charged over 100 which they did make right. Second the electricity went out and we had two different people in the middle of the night that was rented our room and opened our door with key card! It happened same night within two hours ugh.. Children running the desk not knowing what they are doing!

Awful, the room was very dirty, we asked to be moved or have clean sheets they told us no. Used soap, dirt in the sheets hole in door Front desk ppl where very rude

Customer service is very good.. Front desk has always been really nice to myself, my husband and our daughter. We have stayed here before and rooms are usually always clean, if we need anything extra, towels etc they get them for us with no issues etc. I would like to recommend that they exterminate ASAP because this time we experienced roaches(big and baby ones). I’m praying we don’t take them back home..
