The price was right. With the exception of the breakfast provided it was what I expected. The room was clean. The A/C worked. The water was hot. The provided shampoo and soap was cheap. On the other hand, about the complementary breakfast, I cannot be complementary. There was sliced bread, butter, two jars of jelly, one jar of peanut butter, some frosted flakes, some cheerios, and, in a small ice filled wash tub, a half gallon of whole milk and a half gallon of orange juice. And, yes, coffee. Really bad coffee. The whole breakfast deal was a sham. Bad motel, bad. But for a single night, it was clean and the price was right.

Stayed here for 3 months while working across the highway at the hospital. Found a bed bug in my bed this week. Took it and showed manager/owner she insinuated I brought it into the facility. I assured her I did not and told her I would be leaving even after having just paid for another month. I had picked this hotel bc I was told by other nurses the Hampton Inn next door is trashy and has bedbugs and roaches. Apparently now this hotel does as well. I’m disgusted. I left half of my belongings there just to try and not bring them back home to my apartment in Dallas. Had to tell 2 other nurses I’d recommended the hotel to they might need to consider leaving as well.

Customer service was amazing! I felt really comfortable with my kids here. The staff was so nice and so helpful. They seemed so genuine and smiled so easily. I also want to mention the comfortable beds. They seemed just right.
