Garbage location... used a code and still got charged for what it covered. Told them about it and it took the lady a while to figure out what I was trying to convey because she didn't speak great English. Then waited about 8 minutes for a refund, while doing so I realized they forgot my straws. When the lady came out with the refund she dropped some of the change and said oh well. Walked away.

The service, the happy smile that I see at other establishments and the food quality need to improve significantly. The flavorless food needs to also improve. Horrible and not sure who’s to blame on this one.

Went by the drive thru today around 2:30 messed up my burger had to go inside and ask if I could have it remade got home around 2:50 in the afternoon just to find a long strain of blonde hair between the burger meat 🤮 loss my appetite won’t be coming back whoever was on kitchen duty around that time WEAR A HAIR NET

I want to give a shout out to Monica and her team because today they ran the extra mile with me given the situation that the frappe machine was been in a cleaning process and she managed to please me doing an extra step to make things happen with my mobile order.
