This is a smaller resort, but with the colder conditions, its worth driving up from Washington DC, passing Whitetail, and riding here.

As we head into ski season… I’ll give it a 1 because it exists. We did a family trip there in Feb and it was a disaster. Hour + long rental line, 35 minute lift lines at the bottom, and a beat to hell Poconos staff. They were running ski school during prime time and twenty 10 year olds lapped me 4x skipping the lift lines. We spent two hours there and everyone got to ski one time. The best part was leaving. I’m not typically this brutal, but it is a Vail Resort and the rap is what it is. They want your money. I reached out multiple times for an explanation, then a refund, and never heard back from anyone. I highly reccomend avoiding this place and Vail Resorts overall. Never again.

Since I can't get out to Colorado every weekend during ski season, JFBB is my go to for a Saturday or Sunday ski day. By no means is it a "mountain" but it's clean, the employees are friendly, the food is fantastic. Although they may be short, the runs have a bit of something for everyone of every level. Looking forward to opening day this year!

Yes and if they don't have what you are looking for there is another larger retail store a few miles down the road.
Yes, there are private cabins located towards the bottom of the ski slopes.
E2000 2nd floor, frosty tobagon 1st floor. Can't miss them !
Yes, but they are used by the ski schools. So it might be difficult to use if you're not in a class. this Mt is actually geared towards beginners. The green slopes are very gradual lots of little ones on them. Big bolder which is their sister resort is a bit more challenging. You can actually ski both under one lift ticket.
April 1st they stop snow stuff.
Yes. Been taking snowboarding lessons there. I was a ski instructor at other resorts and have been impressed by the snowboarding instructors here and at big boulder
Ideally all resorts like to be open by Thanksgiving week. This depends whether the temperature allows snow making.
You need to pay for a locker
I think snow tubing is only at Big Boulder now. However, it is not running this season. You can try Camelback which isn't too far from those.
On their website under lessons & rentals you can browse by type of lesson whether it is adult, child, private, once you have selected one of those options you will be taken to the lessons part of the website. There you can scroll down and select a date and filter what kind of lesson you would like (age group, ski or snowboard, time, level, and location). Once u select your requested filters you continue scrolling down and you will have the option to book and it will also tell you the price.
Yes! You have to make reservations online. And they do sell out so make sure you buy your tickets prior to going
You may be able to do so.
Didn't tube. Was required to wear masks while skiing; primarily in lift lines and inside the lodge
I would go onto the website and look into it.
When you walk in ski patrol will just scan your pass.
We rented a house on VRBO it was a great price.
I am not sure how much they charge for a slope pass. I would go to the Jack Frost web sight and that will get you started.
Yes
According to their website Adults for one day midweek: $55 weekends and holidays: $68 Kids one day Midweek: $40 Weekends and holidays: $52 Not sure what you mean by their ski options.
No
The package was 100 or 110 with everything! Ski or snowboard, helmet and pass.
Yes, kind of. I was able to answer this myself... Saw a model S charging from a 240V outlet in the premium parking area
Snow tubing comes with the tube and its own specific lift. Skiing/snowboarding is a separate ticket.
Generally no, weathers not cold enough yet in September.
Not quite sure, I'd give them a call. Rates differ from weekends to weekdays.
Return your rental at Jack Frost, visit the counter for a ticket for a rental at Big Boulder.
Yes. But not enough for everyone there. So try to get one early
👌thanks!
Night skiing is reserved for Big Boulder. So when you buy a ticket a jack frost, it allows you to go across the street and ride big boulder at night
8AM - 4PM Jack Frost Big Bolder is open until 10PM
I'll predict. It'll be sunny and warm. High 90s.
Yes. Snow Ridge Village. Condos
December is a safe bet
Not anymore dangerous then normal. It just feels wierd. You have to go out there are try it for yourself to truly understand what we mean.
No. I'm not aware of any resort that would allow this. If you are asking for a child - Bear Creek in Macungie has a small kid zone where sledding is allowed for free. But it's a very small area, appropriate for little kids only.
Call and ask friends to call. With enough demand they may get them. Ask for solar and wind energy generation too. My house is 100 percent solar.
And they have inexpensive group lessons that may be with few people. Enjoy. Great place to ski.!
Yes snowboarding is allowed at this mountain. They offer lessons and also rental gear to get you on the slopes.
You are posting in a public forum, call them directly they will help you
Probably your best bet to call them directly
I believe yes. It's prepaid card can use anywhere just like paying cash.
