Is the snowtube included with purchase of lift tickets or is there also a rental fee ?

Snow tubing comes with the tube and its own specific lift. Skiing/snowboarding is a separate ticket.

Jfbb.com shows a different area for tubing cost. Last I checked it is not included. Your best bet is to call the office and ask them directly!
