I lived at this place for almost 3 years. I can say that if you want to live at a place where the trash dumpster is always overflowing with garbage or the gates are broken half the time then go for it. After I have moved out I am being told that my deposit refund has been sent to my new address and I have been waiting on it for almost 3 months for it to arrive. They have canceled the check and said they have had corporate resend the check and almost 2 and half weeks later I have still not received close to $1000 of my hard earned money. The Haven refuses to answer the phone so I have to drive up there and check on why I have not received my money only to be told that they can't write me a check I have to wait on corporate. If I had any other options to decide from, I would not choose The Haven.

Location is pretty much accessible and very close to my workplace. It is gated and I feel secured. The apartment itself is complete with what you need, clean, well lighted and spacious. I can park my car anywhere or in front of my unit. I have been using the amenities especially the fitness center a lot, there’s a pool too and a playground for pets and you can wash your car also. Friendly staff & neighbors. I rarely hear noise and i love the spectacular view outside. Quiet and serene. Im glad i made the right choice to stay here.

The Haven at Market Street Station is a great place to live. The community is safe and friendly and full of amenities including a car wash, dog park, swimming pool, onsite trash compactor, volley ball court and gym. It's located close to both south and north sides of Aiken and North Augusta and not a long drive to Augusta. The office staff were very quick and professional helping through all steps from applying to long after moving in. I have no plans of moving and love it here. 10/10 recommend. It's close to Aiken high school and USCA as well as many stores and restaurants and the hospital. Convenience and peace of mind make it really feel like home plus the units are cozy and and look stylish and amazing. The property is maintained well and the landscaping is imacculate. If you're looking for a new residence definitely give them a call. Thank you for answering all my questions Graysen Ledbetter and for making the stress of moving into a new home disappear every step of the way. You all know your stuff and it's impressive how responsive and professional everyone was.

Peaceful and safe place to live. Staff are amazingly helpful especially Graysen and Miko. I appreciate the office policy regarding covid prevention which keeps everyone in the community safe.

It's for anyone that qualifies. We have both older and college aged residents.
