Yes , it is open to the general public and admission is free. There is a small walk in order to get to the front door if someone is disabled. There are a couple restaurants inside.
Yes it's open for the general public also active military members as well pretty much anybody who wants to see experience the history behind the United States Marine Corps every proceed is donations for the Museum's expansion and growth
Open to public subject to search. Surprisingly, admission was free. Well worth the trip. Just went last week. Need more than a few hours. If you have a Marine in your life, bring money as you will want to buy from the gift shop.
