Not sure why the property has negative reviews. I’ve recently taken residence and have had a very positive experience in both working with the management at this property and with the appeal of the property itself. Maintenance is A+ with incredibly quick response time, the management is always responsive to any questions I have, and the property is incredibly well kept. And people complaining about noise from their neighbors have clearly never lived in an apartment before; that’s apartment living in general and is to be expected. I am under the impression the bad reviews are coming from tenants who don’t know how to communicate or cannot handle apartment living.

Melrose Apartments is a nice place to live with a friendly staff who is always willing to help with any problems large or small.

I love the place and the neighborhood, kept very clean and neat along with them cutting the grass 2-3 times a week.. But trying to get a hold of the property manager good luck, it’s always can she call you back, and the other young lady working there doesn’t really know much…
