Poor management. Anyone thinking of moving here don't! I have been here over a year and my rent was raised but I have outdated appliances and went an entire winter with practically no heat or hot water. Nothing gets fixed but management worries about parking space.

Manager does nothing buildings have roaches nothing gets replaced everything is painted over with white paint ceilings peel current management is never around or answers calls people in charge of maintenance have no idea what they’re doing don’t move here.

I have been more than patient with this complex and I am done being patient.This has been going on for years. There are still repairs that need done (which I had put tickets in for in person and online). Needless to say there are still repairs to be made. They are very quick to collect your money but not quick at all when it comes to fixing repairs. I'm tired of going through the proper channels on top of paying my rent ( which was increased without notice) and not getting what I paid for. I could write a book of all of the repairs that needs done. My shower wall is coming up from the wall so there is a huge gap that anything can crawl through, also the paint is chipped on the wall really bad and it looks moldy. Plus all types of bugs can get in here and I use Raid bug spray and have my windows closed (which definitely needs repaired because you can feel a draft). The electric shuts off when I use 3 appliances at the same time in my kitchen and the heat works when it wants to I even tried to call them today and the phone didn't ring at all but someone hung up the phone. I work very hard for a living and I should be able to come home to a nice apartment, not to one that is all messed up . Word of advice to future tenants: do not move here!

The old manager was excellent. The new company is horrible. When you ask them to fix something they increase your rent and not fix a thing. The electric is so out of code it is dangerous. I've had two outlets spark and one on fire ..still no maintenance. Also had a month of freezes temps before they would turn the heat on. I can go on and on. Not to mention the bugs here. They have such a bad reputation they changed the name of the complex.
