Took my 8 year old son to get his haircut. They charged me for a juniors cut which is $22. A juniors cut consists of a hair cut, wash and use of a back massager. My son only had his haircut, his hair was clean so the stylist only sprayed his hair with water, and he didn’t use the back massager. The juniors cut needs to be only for 12+. What 8 year old boy likes a massage, not mine. Corporate needs to change their policies/prices. We should have only had to pay half price due to not receiving the full service.

My son has been getting his hair cut here for a few years. And it’s always been great. But this summer we’ve had the worst experience. We called to see if anyone was comfortable doing a Mohawk, I was informed that yes the employee could. Yet my son walked out with a mullet. We took him back to get it fixed. And just got a regular fade. And it was done wonderfully. Until tonight when we took him in to get his hair cut to go back to school. All we asked for was a fade, to touch up his hard part, and to go just below finger length on the top. Let me tell you his hair is so short. Like almost the length of the fade. And his hard part (that was already there… and just needed cleaned up) is now at an angle and swoops around to the front of his bangs. She literally cut off a whole patch of the side of his head. Honestly the only way to fix it would be to shave his head. The same employee messed my sons hair up two times! I tired to give her a second chance. I’m just so upset that my son has to walk around with his hair like this till it grows out. I honestly loved taking my son to get his haircut at sports clips. But now I think we will be going somewhere else

The woman did a good job but was not friendly or inviting. my son has had just a few haircuts in his life and was afraid. it would have made a big difference had she of been a little friendlier. Any question I asked was answered like it was an inconvenience for her that I asked. overall his haircut was nice but i can get a nice haircut and friendlier service for cheaper price somewhere else. a 3 year old hair cut cost me nearly 27 dollars and it took her 5-10 mins.
