I tried calling and asking for help because my lights got shut off, I had over 200 worth of formula stocked up for my son because he takes a special kind, over 300 worth of food, they said they can help and completely did the opposite. They was rude and inconsiderate to the fact I have small children, one that takes formula and their is a formula outage going on at the moment. The guy I talked to next hung up on me. If you are going to have an attitude why come into work or why work in customer service.

if you receive the maximum amount (depends on family size) you won't get any extra, they just bumped everyone who wasn't at maximum amount up. (so maximum amount is $200 for a person and you get $200 already you won't get extra. if your friend get $150 she will get bumped up to the $200 maximum.)

Yes you can fax whatever papers they need or that you have to send in but in my personal opinion it’s best to take them down there and drop them off directly, that way you can actually see the secretary scan all your information and papers.
