I believe so. Last I knew unless you had an appointment you couldn't go inside and if you had paperwork you had to use the drop box. Anyways, the Dropbox should still be available for use because it was there before and during the pandemic so I don't see any reason why it wouldn't still be available to use now. Your best bet would be to just call up there and ask. The front desk should be able to answer your question. Hope this helps :)
