if you receive the maximum amount (depends on family size) you won't get any extra, they just bumped everyone who wasn't at maximum amount up. (so maximum amount is $200 for a person and you get $200 already you won't get extra. if your friend get $150 she will get bumped up to the $200 maximum.)
