Didnt get an answer if there are balconies or screened in porches or garages. Is there a storage area?

There are not balconies, screened-in porches or garages. There is a storage room for residents but it does not have individual locked cages.

What about washer and dryer in apartment. Also are utilities included in rent? Are small animals allowed?

There are coin operated washers and dryer on the second floor. Utilities are included in rent. Its subsidized housing and dependant on your income . Small animals are allowed. Senior living.
