Hi Rusty, It really depends on the home. If the home is in a popular area and it's priced correctly, we would be willing to take a shorter listing contract. If the home is unique and not in high demand, we may want a longer listing contract as it would take longer to sell. Thank you!
I don't remember the specific timing, I believe that it was 3 months. We didn't need that long, though.
