When I booked online, the pricing was in line with what I’ve paid in the past but then when the cleaners arrived they tried to upcharge me $100 after claiming they needed to make my small laundry room that’s off to the side of the kitchen an “added room”. A representative did reach out quickly, which was appreciated, but I do not want my time wasted again.

Customer service was great but the carpet cleaning was poor. It looks the same as when they first got here. He mentioned that high traffic areas may not look clean but I figured with them providing a carpet cleaning service they will put more effort into the high traffic areas maybe a rotating brush or something. Will go with another company next.
