Anytime I visit the Main Street Post Office, I receive excellent, professional service. Yes, the lines are sometimes longer than I like, but the postal workers do the best they can.

Says that a delivery was attempted, but no one was there. I went out at 12pm. To pass the time I watched my brother in law fix his bumper right on the front porch. We were there for 2 hours. I go back inside. Look at my phone. And it says that a delivery was attempted at 1pm. NO IT WASNT. My package is now going to be 4 days late and there was no delivery attempted. No truck came by. No mail carrier stopped at the house. This is the last time I’m ordering something with USPS again. Always late, always lying.

I can't speak for the people in the post office or other carriers but I have had nothing but problems with 3 different carriers on my route. Unmotivated and unprofessional workers usps. I understand they're light handed but come on. Don't scan a package attempted when the truck never even came up my street.

Only leaving a review as this is the SECOND time in a few months I've been home all day and my doorbell didn't ring once for a signature required delivery, yet there was a "Sorry we missed you" in my mailbox. I live in an apartment building and you literally just need to buzz my apartment and I will hear it. It's loud. Alternatively, people in the office are available until 5 PM. Yet, I sat my butt on the couch ALL day and no buzz. No call. Odd. In addition, my package says delivery was attempted at 4:52. Conveniently eight minutes before the office closes. That's not even enough time for me to drive to the post office for crying out loud. This is ridiculous and is, again, the SECOND time this has happened to me. Unacceptable. It's not that hard to deliver mail.

You can do it online for $1.00 at usps.gov or you can go to the post office and get one there for free. Your mail man should also be carrying some on him but not guaranteeing that.
Go to the desk at the post office (881 Main st) and request a change of the lock they will do it for a minimal fee.
