Please put cameras with audio on the outside of these buses because the bus driver insults the disabled when they get out of the bus when you ask them to lower the ramp that is used for people who have mobility issues. Also use translators to translate the audio of the bus ride. The bus driver asks you if you speak their native language then they insult you in that language thinking that there are no translators to translate the audio. The bus driver spoke to my mother in her native language to insult her and made her cry. My mother is bilingual in english and her native language. Ada Mart bus should wait 5 minutes to 10 minutes when the disabled are making bank transactions especially during the cold winters and the pandemic season. The bus should wait for them, instead of letting them freeze in the cold. All bus drivers should lower the ramp for the disabled without protesting, insulting, or intimidating the passenger no matter what state of weather. For example if the drive way is slippery they should safely lower the ramp and help the disabled out of the bus instead of slandering them and threatening that they will never pick them up again because of the ice. All mart bus people should be courteous with the passenger and not intimidate, insult, or threaten the disabled.

They get NO star! Waited 6 weeks to see this doctor (cancer) but MART was very late and sent a tri city taxi.......NO ONE said anything about a broken down taxi! I missed this appt. This is my first and LAST time!

I do like mart it s just the staff should have better attitudes toward people when dealing with public. I'm sorry that I bother them to much but when you wait 20 min and then you get on ride and find out the driver has only said it was 5 min. Thats wrong. They need people that have patience with people and not be so rude
