As a Disabled Veteran I find life challenging after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury… so I have to trust people for their word and in this case I did. We were told when we signed papers that it would be 2-3 weeks. It has been more than a month and still nothing! We called to ask why and the manager told me that she made a mistake and then was off for a week. They are not willing to rush the delivery, they are not even apologetic. If you want someone that you can count on who will deliver on their word, this is not the company you want. Also, WHAT KINDA OF PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED VETERAN? What happened to my word is my bond. No one has any morals anymore. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere where they care about people. Below are the still unfinished cabinets that we have been waiting on for a long time. Their staff starting with the owner will not step up and finish the job and even has taken to having his attorney call me and threaten me. This will be fixed but it appears not on the companies honor.

Best experience ever, Shane our installer, he and his crew worked all weekend to get the job done before the movers arrived. Beautiful job, clean and we couldn't be happier. Scotty our Salesman was great as well, had the flooring and got installed the day we closed. 5 🌟

My sister was in the hospital had to have one of her legs amputated while she was in the hospital we had Shane who works for the floor outlet come out put new laminated floor and throughout the house when my sister came home the floor and started lifting up buckling so we had Shane and Scotty come out look at it there's a whole bunch of back and forth then they said it was the floor in itself so they have to have a floor inspector come out to look at it this has been months now and no one's come out worried about my sister falling the floor is coming up not a good way to do business and don't don't rely on them especially if you're handicap and have disabilities going to see about getting a lawyer now
