Decided to purchase a winter home in Ocala in Nov 2021. It took a few months to find something within our budget and the location we wanted. I contacted the realtor that was listing a property we liked, Gretchen Davis. I was apprehensive about purchasing a property off of photos and a video however when I spoke to Gretchen she assured me the property was sound and in excellent condition. The house was so much more incredible than we envisioned. While we were in Ocala we found another house in a different resort that suited our needs better (golf course on site) and again referred to Gretchen. She found us a perfect property which we took possession of in Feb. Fast forward 6 months and working with Gretchen as I type this to purchase property #3. I have no concerns about buying from a far, sight unseen as she has been upfront and honest about everything with us from day 1. Thank you Four Star and Gretchen for making our dreams a reality.

Don't buy from Mike he doesn't keep his word. I will say Carl is outstanding very professional and his side kick Cindy However Mike called this morning at 10.30 for a showing today between 11.45 and 1.15 so I called at 2.30 HE SAID I GOING TO BUT FORGOT BIG ? WENT TRYING TO SELL OR LIST A HOME WHAT ELSE HAS HE FORGOTTEN .

Four Star Realty of Port OrangeIs is one of the worst companies that iv ever dealt with The real estate agents are unprofessional. They put you on hold for a long time they also hang up on you. I am a Customer of theirs And I'm very unhappy with their service I think their goal isTo get you to Sign a contract And hope they do their job selling your house The women I spoke to would not give me their names and when I asked to Speak to there general manager They either put me on hold or hung up on me. Very unprofessionalThey forget who they're working for. I do not recommend them at all 0 Stars.
