Help desk at Arlington is where i would begin
Call the Help desk at the cemetery and tell them your Loved ones name and space where they are buried and they will have it fixed up for you. I do it for my Loved ones in a different cemetery and they are always accommodating to thr needs of the burial space condition for me.
