My nephew was a patient at Regency. I concur with all the BAD reviews that have been posted here. I know that most of these types of centers are in poor condition. I know that the staff are underpaid and the facility is understaffed. However, it seems that the overwhelming majority of the staff have no sympathy, empathy or, compassion for the patients. When I say staff, I mean ALL staff. If you are a patient that has multiple health problems, forget it. They can't seem to handle it or, better said, they don't care. The administrative staff give good lip service but, it doesn't trickle down to the staff that are actually dealing with the patients. Don't even get me started on the kitchen and the food, it's just downright disgusting and, God help you if you have special dietary needs. This place needs to be shut down!
