You make sure the clothes u want to sell is clean, each item laid flat in a box, matching sets together. You take it there, leave the clothes, come back and they will let you know what they are buying and how much you will get for them. You can accept or decline. Store credit or cash. Sometimes you get more in store credit. Sometimes they will take all ur clothes and sometimes not.

You can either leave your items or wait - if you wait, they'll let you know how long the wait will be. If it's busy, it could be a while! They will separate the items they are interested in. For those they don't want, you'll have the choice of keeping them or donating them. For those items they want, you'll be offered a choice of cash or store credit - you'll get more if you take the store credit. I recommend making sure items are clean + unwrinkled. Be sure to put outfits/sets together. They're more likely to take items gift the current/next season, but you can also check their website it facebook page to see if they're looking for anything specific.
