I was at this building today and let me tell you! You just never know if a child next to you have any behavioral problems or if that family is going through domestic violence situation. Needless to say children may be dealing with trauma. It was so sad to see a women and her baby be confronted be 3 sheriff officers. I think that was traumatizing itself. The baby had to be no more than 3 years old. He was triggered by something and was crying. I’m sure this agency could done more to assist her. They way they escorted her and made her leave really hurt my heart. And I had my daughter with me too and you can see the devastation on my daughter face. I really don’t like Montgomery county anymore. You just don’t know what situations the next family is in. They definitely could have handled that situation better! The way they was talking to her I just was hurt by it all. That poor lady was breastfeeding and trying get assistance for her children Shame on Larry Hogan, shame on our county leaders! That was very inappropriate for this situation to be handled the way it did. No one should have to experience anything like that. HIRE BETTER WORKERS….PLEASE!

This is by far the worst office ever. They don't have a direct number to their actual office supposedly, no one responds in a timely manner, everytime its always another department or state holding them up when its really them, the computers are not operating correctly and they just holding up people's lives. There needs to be a federal or higher governmental office to clean this mess of a department up.

Has anyone been able to get them on the phone? Does the number hang up on all of you guys as well? Even there call back system doesn't even work it just keeps you on hold. Ove even waited a couple of times oh hold for over two ans half hours. This is terrible that you can't even get in contact with anyone SMH

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! So my review is based off phone customer service and my experience with process to get to a rep. First I would like to address the uncompassionate, unhelpful, and flat out rude staff. No matter when you call you will get a tired sounding, over her job, unpatient rep who will immediately sound annoyed with you. I am pretty sure this job is based of customer service hence why we type in "customer service number" in google. However I've never encounter ruder help. You have all these complaints under your website an nothing is done. Mind you the wait for a rep can be as long 4 hours for a 10 minute call. Second, the call back does not work I've either never received a call back or I get a call with silence. The hold times are unreasonable an after 2 hours of holding the call returns to the main menu to restart another 2 hour hold. A caller should never be put back in the queue automatically that us heard of an it is so unprofessional. Nothing is going to change when the state is run from greed an not focused on why we are calling in the first place..OUR SUPPORT OUR CHILDREN.!!

Most definitely. I think you should go to the office to speak to someone about rescheduling your appointment, versus attempting to get anyone on the phone, which is very hard to do.
