Had Botox treatment with Dr. Mark. Very pleasant experience, he listens to you and your needs, no pressure to add more. Consulted with him for Kybella treatment. Very happy with the visit.

First work I ever got was with the doctor there. Filler on my under eyes for dark circles. $500 for that. One eye was great, the other eye looked terrible. I essentially had a black eye and had to go somewhere else and fork out the same amount of cash fo get the filler he did dissolved. He did it way too superficial, I had a bump on my under eye until I went to fix it. When I went to the follow up apt he said “well the filler is like silly putty you just gotta shape it with your finger pads” excuse me what?! I have never heard or seen that from any person speaking about fillers. That doctor attempts to give you the look desired not some weird craft project in your skin that’s diy. Then tried to push me to get some Botox from him but of course, didn’t offer to dissolve the filler under my eye. Just because it’s in a nice area doesn’t mean the place itself is quality. He really wanted more money from me and didn’t care to fix my face. I was more naive back then because lack of experience and no doctor I’ve seen has been the way he was. He didn’t own up to the fact that HE messed up and send me out looking worse than when I came in. His demeanor screamed “I don’t care lady, but are you going to give me more money?”

Hi Valarie, Thank you for asking your question! Mountain Radiance Medical Spa, PLLC is a cosmetic ONLY practice and as such we do not (indeed we cannot) accept insurance of any type, including TriCare and Medicare, because these are not medically necessary treatments - these are purely optional medical treatments. In fact, we are *required* by Medicare to have a signature on file that indicates you understand that our treatments are NOT covered by insurance, including Medicare. This signature is part of the registration paperwork you would have if you became a client patient with us here. If you have a medical reason to receive Botox or skin care concerns you may need to see a dermatologist or a neurologist for your diagnosis and treatment. I hope this answers your question! Sincerely, Allan Zacher, MD
