I’ve been shopping at kid to kid in Rockville for a decade now and I keep coming back because they are always clean and organized and I have always been able to find what I need there! With kids growing out of sizes so quickly, I love the reduce reuse recycle idea and will continue to shop here until my kids grow out of their sizes!

You can just show up! You can wait or drop off and pick up next day.
I'm not sure if they "need" that but they have a whiteboard behind the register that states what they need. You should give them a call before packing it up and taking it there.
There was a Barbie house and a few Barbie dolls available last time I was there, a week or so ago. There was also a American Doll house behind the register.
Yes they sell toddler shoes of all sizes, but keep in mind that these are gently used items so stock might not be available all the time.
Yes, there is an entire section for maternity clothing and baby strollers.
You make sure the clothes u want to sell is clean, each item laid flat in a box, matching sets together. You take it there, leave the clothes, come back and they will let you know what they are buying and how much you will get for them. You can accept or decline. Store credit or cash. Sometimes you get more in store credit. Sometimes they will take all ur clothes and sometimes not.
