No. There's circulator buses that go around the mall. Check out YouTube videos on how to get around in DC.
No direct Metro station. Bus svc is pretty good.
A bus goes there and Uber charges charges about 5 dollars
There is no metro stop right at the Lincoln memorial, but you can take a train to Foggy Bottom and walk south towards the national mall.
