No but there is a consignment shop near by where you can. Platos closet theres 1 in Woodbridge Potomac mills area across from walmart in the shopping center with the dollar tree. Theres another location in Manassas off liberia I believe that location is also near the walmart there in the shopping center with a dollar tree.
I don't think you could sell them here. It may be possible to sell them at a per pound rate, but it would be fairly low.
