Had my kids birthday at ZavaZone Woodbridge. Our time was limited but their service was really slow! Food was good and kids had a blast at the trampoline. Employees need to be a little more efficient and on top of things. Over all we had a good experience.

We had our daughters birthday yesterday. This place is more on the expensive side to be honest. The staff assigned to our party was good, but the staff at the front was not helpful at all to our guest looking for our party. We had 15+ kids arrive plus their parents. When the front desk was asked about where to go, they were just sent upstairs to figure it out. Given the amount of rooms upstairs, it started off confusing for most of my guest until they text me or my wife. I recommend the front staff have a list on exactly where to send guest so they are no lost trying to find where to go. Besides this and it being way overpriced, the party was fun.

We hosted my daughters birthday 5 yr old party here over the summer and it was great! The staff was very accommodating when we dropped by to see the space prior to booking. They communicated well throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. During the party staff really attended to the kids, which really surprised me. I really appreciated the way they engaged and appropriately interacted with the party participants. Also, the facility is nice, clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend ZavaZone for a child’s birthday party.
