Would the outdoor seating be good for dinner and to play a game of chess? Are we allowed to stay for a longer period of time or are we encouraged to eat and leave?

We sat outside to enjoy the view and see people passing by. This place is amazing I highly recommend this restaurant.

I did not see the outdoor dining area. I would suspect if they are busy, they will discourage a long stay at the table.

I also sat inside, but it was a bit crowded outside if that makes a difference.

Some places are still following state mandated Covid guidlines for eating publicly. I know Maryland has a 90 min limit on dining. But VA may be different.
