First time experiencing this place and it was an excellent experience. They have a puppy menu which was nice for us since my boyfriend has a puppy. Service- prompt, professional and friendly even to the puppy. Food/drinks - good mocktail and a sunrise drink. I’ve heard my boyfriend brother in law order it twice so I’m assuming he liked it. I had the tacos from the brunch speciality menu which were tasty. My boyfriend liked the avocado toast and said it was right amount of salt to the dish. The number one best food item amongst the 7 of us was the old bay fries. Everyone loved those fries. They looked tasty. Liked seating outside blocked from the sun. Nice outdoor seating place. Overall I would recommend this place!

I hate Seafood so I can honestly not say I enjoy this place, but they're tacos are dope and they're orange crushes during happy hour only $6 which is a steal

There's no specific parking lot or parking garage to validate the parking. There are parking garages nearby on Union Street or street parking.
Yes, they have a wonderful gluten free seafood stew but make sure and tell them to leave the bread off. The stew is like a cioppino. My daughter really enjoyed it!
There are 5 garages located on union street where Volas is located. The one right in front of volas is the most expensive at $14 after the first hour. The next garage over heading east if facing the opposite direction of volas is 5 dollars all day on weekends and 10 all day during weekdays. Sunday's is free parking on the street.
