Dr Raval is always most personable and knowledgeable, dealing with all issues very professionally, with a smile (under her mask). All the attending personnel are also very kind and helpful. The precautions they take to protect their customers during this time of pandemic made me feel very safe.

We’ve used this location as our primary care for a few years now and are always pleased with the personal attention. Even after a year without needing care, we are always greeted by the doctor as if we’ve been in recently. Thorough examinations and follow up keep us coming back. Keep up the great work!

Overall everything was good when visiting but was trying to figure out why I was asked if I had an appointment 6 times by a lady who took my height and weight for my physical and the front desk person. Isn’t there a way to see online who has an appointment or is coming in by name? I thought it was very unnecessary to ask that multiple times when it was already answered. That would make somebody feel like they were lying and you did not believe they had an appointment. Utilize your online system for that. But overall everything else was good. -AN

I went to the Alex office on Wednesday with cold/flu symptoms. They said I tested negative for covid/flu/strep. I was released with no discharge papers, receipts or anything but was given an antibiotic for a virus. All I knew is I felt awful. They refused to give me a doctors note. Staff argued me down that due to my tests coming back negative there was no reason that I couldnt go to work. I had to call and complain to another office manager at another location to get one. I went to Urgent Care last night after being in pain and it turns out that I have the flu and an ear infection. I would not recommend.

Questions & Answers

Why do they keep a hold of my credit card and tell me to go back to my car?

They keep ahold of this to ensure the payment (if needed) goes through, they can confirm your ID, and prevent you from driving off as your test is being prepared.
