I called twice at two different days and got on the phone with a women who was very disrespectful ,very dismissive and was not of any help.I was amazed at how someone like that would be eligible to work at a court.

On the second floor there is a roster of the day's hearings. Check for your name there. Traffic is either in courtroom 1 or 3.
Look at your lease agreement. Do you currently owe your landlord more than two months of rent? If not call the police.
If you file a warrant in debt with general district court you pick the court date when filing from the available dates. Generally you want to give at least 30 days from the date you file to allow time for proper service. You can call the clerk or ask when you file for the available dates and they'll tell you what dates are open for you to set the initial date.
they will send you a letter letting you know the new court date. you can google Alexandria Court General Distract Prepay... and it will send you to a link that shows you the next court date or what the status is of your case.
