The food was under cooked .The chicken was not cooked properly.The cheesecakes were not set and fell apart into mush.The manager was rude .I returned all the food .

My experiences have always been good. I always visit when in Jacksonville. As a matter of fact our family just hosted event for family reunion at Thanksgiving.

My meals, too, have always been good. I would echo other's suggestions that you contact local or corporate management about your disappointing experience. Its a nice restaurant and you should expect to have a good meal. Good luck!

I would suggest contacting the Copeland corp office and letting them know about your unfortunate experience.

I've never heard of Copeland's being so bad. I don't work there but sorry you had a bad experience. I've always been delighted. As have my friends and family. Maybe it was one of those bad days all around.
