We made an appointment weeks in advance so we could get a loaner car. On bringing the vehicle in we were told we could Not get a loaner car. Then we have a broken piece in the back seat which we showed to the customer service rep- she said they would have to charge us $160 to diagnose the problem. The problem I had shown her already. I did not pay this fee but did have them complete the oil change. They were incapable of rotating my tires. Completely awful customer service and inadequate service in general. Will never be back!

service was fast. ordered touch up paint for $35 & charged 21% admin & disposal fee on top of $35 which seemed unreasonable to me since they were not disposing of anything.

The service department at Key Buick GMC is great to work with. Honest and reliably quick service. Scheduling is easy online or by phone. The waiting area is set up with a TV, comfy seating, 2 desks for working, snacks and coffee available. Will continue to take my truck there.

Well I can say as a consumer and buyer from Key Buick.The White Frost is on my Wife s GMC Yukon is a great color. Very durable too..Her Yukon stays outside of Garage mostly. Had it close to a year and the paint looks great ..

Look in your owners manual because it may have a way for you to do it yourself and not have to pay the dealership to do it. If you no longer have the owners manual you can access it online. Good luck to you!!
