I LOVVEEEEEEE my new apartment but I love the staff even more. So friendly response to your emails and calls quickly. Shout out to the maintenance worker Matthew ! Very friendly, very easy to talk to. He is definitely a gem compared to the maintenance at my last apartment. He was able to fit all my issues I’ve had in my apartment with one visit. Not trying to play favorites but any issue I have with my apartment I will request Matt to come out. I just moved into these apartments less than a month ago and everything has been such a easy and smooth transition. Thank you Matt and thank you to all the staff at Citigate apartment

I looove these apartments. The only thing that I’m not a fan of is the professionalism or lack thereof. Everyone has been so nice to me and my family but the drama in the operation of things just seems unneeded. Telling the residents how maintenance has been missing trash, okay cool. But telling everyone how someone “snitched on the family that celebrated LABOR DAY at the pool”…? I don’t see what’s productive about that. It seems more like intimidation to that family rather than a healthy private communication with them. The emails seem a bit juvenile and vindictive… especially since I live right above the pool and don’t remember seeing it messy… nor was it messy when we ourselves left, nor was it messy the following morning when I went to the gym…I think once they get that figured out,. This would be the PERFECT place to live! 🙂 because a community that respects each other, thrives! Response: I think fixing the gates would help best. The email was distasteful. But I appreciate the clarification that those emails were pertaining to outsiders rather than another resident. … still love ya citigate!

Update: I had called before posting photos The washing machine has been broken since we moved in, and the leasing office never gives us straight answers. I have lived here for a bit. I have nothing but regrets. We're paying too much for a broken washing machine and mold. Maintenance said that our apartment can't reach 70 degrees without freezing

I am not sure, but if that's the case they will need the explanation of what lead to that and my be pay full rent as security deposit.
