This place is such a scam. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They do not answer calls, they do not take care of the property. I moved out and payed my fee to move out early because living there was not safe or clean. I then after paying all this money to move out get scammed and get it sent to collections for the money I paid. I try to call and get hung up on constantly. Please do not move here and listen to other reviews I wish I did.

My washer got an article of clothing stuck under the agitator back at the end of July. I put in a maintenance request using the resident portal. Two weeks went by with no response. I started calling the office. No one would answer. I left voice mails. No one called back. Another week went by. I try calling and leaving voicemails again and no one answers. The last week of August I get someone on the phone and they said it would be taken care of for me on September 6th. Nothing happens. I go up to the leasing office on 9/6. The woman in the office (I didn’t get her name) says the maintenance personal will be heading to my unit right now. I get home later and they had moved everything around in my washer and dryer closet, left printed out emails with pictures of other units on my table, and done nothing for my washer. I go back up to the leasing office on 9/8 to talk to someone again. I talk to a different woman (whose name I also did not get) and explain what happened and she sends a text straight to “the person who needs to be in charge of this”. It is now 9/9 and my washer is still not fixed. I called the complex one more time today and just asked even for an ETA because I have not been able to do laundry in my unit in OVER A MONTH. The woman on the phone says she will call the maintenance personal and ask and call me right back. She never called me back. I am at the point where I would like a discount on next months rent considering I have been unable to the washer with my unit since JULY. I am having to go to a laundromat and pay to do my laundry for the past 7 weeks.
