A 1 year old child with a fever of 102 degrees Fahrenheit or more can be serious. Take the child to the the nearest emergency room. If the nearest is Franklin Square Medical Center, they no longer have a pediatric department, so the child will most likely be transferred. Hope this helps!
Yes, you should totally take a 1 year old to the ER for a 103.7 fever! This hospital is specifically for adults, though, so they may tell you to take the child to the next nearest ER with a pediatric dept.
Thabk you not my child but my nieces baby
Ok, but no pediatric department any more. Admissions will be transferred to another hospital.
