I went online the night before. You pick you time based on what is available. The re is a servise charge for getting them online - $2.00. ONE TIME not each ticket Also you or whoever you are with is a veteran there are tickets readily available at the INFORMATION DESK in the museum.
It opens at 10 am. You need to get tickets for part of the Museum before you go. When I was there I didn't know this secret and was told I could either go online starting at 6am, to get tickets or go get in a line, at 9am and hope they have some.
10 am is the first tour but you can buy tickets earlier.
Probs 10am
