Hi Traci, I apologize for the confusion, but the automated email that you are referring to was sent out by the prior management company. No late charges will be assessed to Retreat residents for the month of June by Preferred Campus Management, the new management company. An email has been sent to all residents notifying them to ignore the previous email. The portal is now up, and instructions were included with regard to new payee for checks and money orders.
