Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
We offer different types of housing, from studio apartments and garden apartments, to mid-rise buildings and everything in between. Whether you’re looking for a city setting or a more suburban feel, MAA has lots of options for your choosing.
