Overall it is not a bad place. The neighbors are great people. I have never had issues with roaches. The only thing I can complaint is they don't want to replace the stove and refrigerator. They are too old even I have report it several time for years.

Going on 2 years living here. No complaints so far. Haven't had any major problems and the few that happened were fixed promptly. I'm giving it a 4 stars because my stove hasn't been replaced yet. Update! My stove was replaced along with the a/c unit. So far haven't had any problems. I do recommend management to fix up the playground since it's become a danger to children because of broken equipment and to fix the gates to keep all residents safe.

The one i rent is 1240 2bd 1 1/2 bath plus they charge water n sewer and trash. No assigned parking if you want assigned parking you have to pay $20 more.

Between $850 to $950 one bedroom. $1000 to 1300 two bedrooms.
$1240.00 just the rent, The water, trash, pest control and sewer is a separate bill which comes monthly around $60 to $80 it goes up and down.
